Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga has been around for 50-70 thousand years and is considered to be the mothers of all yoga's. Until recently, the teachings of Kundalini Yoga were kept secret and passed from teachers to select students. It was brought to the west by Yogi Bhajan, who believed all humanity deserves to be taught the technology for humans to achieve their fullest potential.

As a teacher, I have seen the power of Kundalini Yoga. Kundalini Yoga decreases stress, increases problem solving, improves sleep, improves cognitive function and your overall mood. My students have immediately experienced changes in how they felt and seen results in their chronic problems. Kundalini Yoga is for all ages, experience, body type and physical condition. If you wish to feel good about yourself and the quality of your life then Kundalini Yoga is for you.
